SHOULD CHILDREN GO BAREFOOT? 0
SHOULD CHILDREN GO BAREFOOT?

Where are your slippers? Lost your shoes again? Put on your slippers...the never ending story! Yes, over and over again. Every parent knows that...unless you're a parent who knows why barefoot is okay. Barefoot doesn't necessarily mean completely unprotected. Soft slippers like Titot are the perfect solution. They do not slip, they are soft as socks, they allow the foot to work and move freely. Titotki can be found in the SLIPPERS tab on our store's website, but before you "go there" for shopping, we encourage you to read the article about why barefoot is ok!

1.Going barefoot can be beneficial for children's development. Here are some benefits of walking barefoot:
Strengthening muscles and joints: Walking barefoot allows the foot to work naturally and strengthen muscles and joints. Without shoes, feet have more freedom of movement and a better ability to flex naturally, which promotes the development of their strength and flexibility.

2.Improving Balance and Coordination: Going barefoot requires greater involvement of the muscular proprioceptive receptors in the feet. These receptors are responsible for informing the brain about the position of the body in space, which helps to improve balance and motor coordination.

3.Improved sensory perception: Feet are very rich in sensory receptors that transmit information about the texture, temperature and pressure of the ground. Going barefoot allows the child to receive a wide range of sensory stimuli, which contributes to better perception and development of sensory skills.

4.Shaping the correct architecture of the foot: Without the constraints caused by footwear, the foot is more likely to naturally develop the correct architecture, including the development of healthy foot arches. Going barefoot allows the foot to develop in a way that is compatible with its anatomical requirements.

5.Better recognition of uneven terrain: Going barefoot allows children to better recognize and adapt to different types of surfaces, such as grass, sand, stones and the floor. This improves the ability to adapt to different terrain conditions and can help prevent injuries.

Walking barefoot should be done under adult supervision and in appropriate conditions. Sharp-grained or sharp surfaces should be avoided, which can be dangerous for the child's feet. Children should also wear appropriate foot protection in public places such as kindergartens and playgrounds.

It's important to always consult your pediatrician or child development specialist for individual barefoot advice and recommendations based on your child's specific needs and conditions.
